Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "you") and AZ Learn (including its affiliates, "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our native applications (Android, Windows, iOS) or associated web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
Essential Summary: Your student account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Access is authorized on exactly one (1) hardware device. Account sharing, recording, redistributing, or unauthorized extraction of course materials is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.
1. Universal Educational Purpose
The Platform provides universal educational content, interactive lecture curricula, assessments, and study materials designed to facilitate academic learning and concept mastery. All educational resources are licensed exclusively for individual study and non-commercial educational purposes.
2. Account Registration & Device Binding
To access courses on the Platform, you must register a student account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, active Egyptian mobile number, academic university, and current study year/grade.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately report any unauthorized account access.
- Single-Device Policy: Each student account is cryptographically and strictly bound to only one (1) hardware device. Logging in from an unrecognized device will be blocked by automated hardware security checks. Hardware slot resets require verified administrative support approval.
3. Course Enrollments, Access & Free Content
Courses on the Platform may be provided through enrollment scratch codes or made available free of charge:
- Free Courses: Certain courses designated as free educational resources may be made accessible to all students or restricted to specific enrolled academic grades and universities. Access to free courses does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying media.
- Subscription Courses: Courses redeemed via scratch codes remain active until their designated expiration date. Once expired, access to lectures and materials ceases unless extended.
- Batch Scheduling: Instructors and administrators reserve the right to temporarily pause curriculum batches during scheduled academic intermissions.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Students must strictly refrain from any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sharing account credentials, redemption codes, or device tokens with third parties.
- Screen recording, capturing, mirroring, taking screenshots, or employing software or hardware capture cards to record lecture videos or materials.
- Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with application security protections or hardware device binding mechanisms.
- Scraping, mass-downloading, or extracting video chunks, playlists, or decryption keys.
- Submitting fraudulent verification data or attempting to impersonate other students.
5. Account Shelving & Termination
Violation of these Terms, detection of account sharing, or tampering attempts will result in immediate suspension, account shelving, and revocation of all course enrollments without refund.
You may request voluntary account deletion at any time through the student application profile settings or by emailing support. When confirmed, your account will be immediately shelved and scheduled for permanent data purging.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All lectures, videos, assessments, notes, animations, code, and graphical designs made available through the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of AZ Learn and its respective content instructors. No title or intellectual property ownership is transferred to any student.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall AZ Learn or its instructors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the educational services.
