End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the AZ Learn client applications (collectively referred to as the "Software"), provided by AZ Learn ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our").
By clicking "Accept", downloading, installing, or executing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.
License Scope: The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable educational use strictly on one (1) authorized physical device. You may not modify, distribute, decompile, or extract media from the Software.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and active enrollment verification, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Software solely on your designated personal hardware device for individual educational study.
2. Single-Device Hardware Binding
The license granted hereunder is tied directly to your authenticated student profile and strictly bound to a single physical device:
- Upon initial login, the Software registers the physical device hardware identifier to your student account.
- Subsequent access to encrypted course lectures and materials is validated against this single registered hardware identifier.
- You may not transfer your device binding without administrative approval. Resetting an authorized device slot requires contacting support with proof of enrollment.
3. License Restrictions
You expressly agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or cryptographic keys used by the Software.
- Modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Software or any educational materials accessed through it.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any digital rights protection, hardware binding, or screen recording protection mechanisms embedded within the Software.
- Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or transfer the Software or your login credentials to any third party.
- Use any automated scraping, capturing, or network interception tools to extract video streams, audio, or document assets.
4. Content Protection & Display Affinity
The Software includes client-side security shielding to protect educational copyright:
- On Android, the Software operates with window security protection enabled to prevent screen mirroring, screenshots, and background recording.
- On Windows, the Software enforces native window display affinity protections against screen capture utilities and broadcast software.
- Attempting to hook, inject, or bypass these security measures constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and results in immediate license revocation.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Software, including its structure, organization, code, algorithms, user interface, graphics, and documentation, constitutes valuable trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property of Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in or to the Software or its underlying media.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies installed on your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
